In August-October 2018, with the blessing of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, the foundation organized the bringing to Russia of the ark with the relics of St. Spyridon of Trimifunt. In a difficult time for the country, the presence of the relics of the great saint, to whom Orthodox Christians around the world turn for help in everyday matters, provided spiritual support to the faithful. For many Christians, the arrival of the shrine has become a unique opportunity to venerate the incorruptible relics in permanent storage in Kerkyra, Greece.
